Lifecrown Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation working in Nigeria to foster sustainable growth and development with focus on Healthcare, Education and Women empowerment.

Our Vision

Access by all Nigerians to quality Healthcare, Education and Women Empowerment, irrespective of their tribes, race or political affiliation.

Our Mission

We are committed to delivery of quality healthcare, Education and developmental services to all rural and sub-urban area of Nigeria toward the attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal SDG 1-5.

Our non-profit charity and humanitarian activities are targeted at the economically challenged rural and sub-urban population of Nigeria.

SDG3: Good Healthcare. To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, Lifecrown Foundation has carried out several medical Outreaches touching over 5,000 people in over 25 villages in Lagos, Ogun and Oyo state of Nigeria. Lifecrown Foundation has also established a maternal and child healthcare centre at Gedegede community in Ikota Ajah Lagos State.

SDG4: Quality Education.
To ensure inclusive and Equitable Quality Education and promote Life-Long learning opportunities for all,

Lifecrown Foundation has established two primary schools at Ode-Omi town Ibeju Lekki Ogun State and Lepia town ibeju Lekki Lagos State Nigeria.

SDG5: To promote gender Equality and Empower all women and girls, Lifecrown foundation has group of business women called "Lifecrown Women in Business" aimed at creating and improving business environments; harnessing opportunities through trainings and encouraging high quality structured corporate businesses with strong financial support.
Lifecrown Women in Business has a savings and loan scheme aimed at supporting businesses and the women empowerment scheme.

Structure of the Foundation

Lifecrown Foundation (LCF) is registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission under Part C (Incorporated Trustees) of the Company and Allied Matters Act No. 1 of 1990 with Registration Number CAC/IT/No. 71032.

The Board of Trustees consists of men and women of good authority and proven integrity in various disciplines. They are charged with the responsibility of directing the
affairs of the Foundation by developing practical strategies which are painstakingly delivered by the Management of the Foundation.

Founding Visioner

Oyelami Olubola Olaitan
Founding Trustee/Executive

Mrs Olubola Oyelami is the President of Lifecrown Foundation. She is a Business Woman with over 20years experience and specialises in sales and supplies of Medical and Laboratory Equipment and Consumables.

She is the Managing Director of Bolsboy International Limited.
She is a Passionate and Disciplined Leader who believes in setting good examples for others to follow.

She has great passion for charity works and is highly committed to reaching out to the less privileged.
She is a graduate of Science Laboratory Technology form the University of Ibadan.
She is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT) and Institute of Science Technology(IST) United Kingdom.

She is responsible for the implementation of all our programmes and gives directions on the execution every project of Lifecrown Foundation.

Our Strategic Objectives

(a) To provide free quality healthcare services to the less privileged, women, girl child and children in rural communities through the establishment free medical centers or hospitals in rural areas where there are no structured healthcare system. (SDG #3).

(b) To provide access to quality education in rural communities to children within the ages of four (4) years to twelve (12) years (SDG #4).

(c) To promote gender equality through the empowerment and enlightenment of women to be economically independent and self-reliant (SDG #5 & #8).

(d) To support, cooperate and collaborate with the Organization of African Union (AU), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Children's Fund and other relevant agencies, non-governmental and intergovernmental organization working with the spirit of providing quality health care and education at rural community level through medical outreaches and educational programs(SDG#17).

(e) To ensure the rapid dissemination of healthcare information to rural communities.

(f) When necessary and appropriate, set up regional offices in certain parts of the world to implement the policies defined by the Association and to act in accordance with the instructions of the Executive Council and the Director.

(g) To take initiatives in accordance with the above objectives and operating methods.

(h) To organize in principle every four years – a General Assembly to which network members and certain other organizations and personalities will be invited, the aim of which will be to provide an opportunity for debate on the objectives and operating methods of the Association.
